The Connecticut Turnpike I-95 (from New York)

Follow I-95 North to Route 25/8 North (Exit 27A) - Bear right after 4 miles onto Route 8 North - Get off Exit 8 (Route 108 Stratford) - Turn left at end of ramp - Take a right at light onto Route 108 (Nichols Ave.) - Take a left at 2nd light onto Connors Lane - Take a left after six/tenths of a mile onto Weaver Drive. Field is behind school.

The Connecticut Turnpike I-95 (from New Haven)

Follow I-95 South to Exit 32 - Right off ramp - Take a left at stop sign onto King St. - Straight at light onto Nichols Ave. (Rt. 108) - Take right at 4th light onto Connors Lane - Take a left after six/tenths of a mile onto Weaver Drive. Field is behind school.

The Merritt Parkway (from New York)

Follow the Merritt Parkway (Route 15 North) - Get off Exit 51 - Take a right off the ramp onto Rt. 108 / Nichols Ave. - At 5th light take a left onto Connors Lane - Take a left after six/tenths of a mile onto Weaver Drive. Field is behind school.

The Merritt Parkway (from New Haven)

Follow the Merritt Parkway (Route 15 South) - Get off Exit 52 - Bear left onto Rt. 8 South - Bear right onto Rt. 108 - At the end of the ramp take a left onto Rt. 108 (Nichols Ave.) - Take left at the 3rd light onto Connors Lane - Take a left after six/tenths of a mile onto Weaver Drive. Field is behind school.

From Merrit Parkway Northbound – Take Merrit Parkway North to Exit 53 (this is the exit just before the Sikorsky Bridge). At the end of the exit ramp is a light, go right at that light on to Rte 110 South. Just a few yards ahead is another traffic light, where you can either stay straight on Rte 110 or bear right up a hill towards Booth Park. Take this right up the hill towards Booth Park. This street is called Main St. Putney.
 
Take Main St. Putney approximately ¼ mile to the corner of Chapel Street, and turn right on Chapel Street. Take Chapel Street up the hill approximately ¼ mile to a fork in the road with Stop Signs. Bear right at this fork on to James Farms Rd., then take 1st left into Flood Middle School Parking Lot. Go straight behind school to Soccer Field. Please do not park on grass. Police enforce NO PARKING signs. NO PETS ALLOWED.
 
From Merrit Parkway Southbound– Take Merrit Parkway South to Exit 53 (this is the exit immediately after crossing the Sikorsky Bridge). At the end of the exit ramp is a light, go left at that light on to Route 110 South. Continue on Rte 110 South under the Merrit Pkwy, through the traffic light in front of the Commuter’s Parking Lot, and through the next light (which is the light at the end of the exit ramp coming from the Merrit Pkwy Northbound). Just a few yards ahead is another traffic light, where you can either stay straight on Rte 110 or bear right up a hill towards Booth Park. Take this right up the hill towards Booth Park. This street is called Main Street Putney.

  • Take exit 32 (West Broad Street).
  • At bottom of exit take a left.
  • Go to light, take a left and go under the I-95 overpass.
  • Continue straight to traffic light at intersection of Main Street.
  • Take a left onto Main Street and continue straight, going under both I-95 and a railroad overpass, to the intersection of Main Street and Barnum Avenue with Curran Volkswagon on the left.
  • Go straight through the intersection, staying to the right, and take a right onto Hurd Avenue which is just after the Post Office.
  • Go straight on Hurd Avenue and take a left at the second stop sign at the end of the road.
  • Take a left onto Patterson Avenue and the field is on the left.
  • NO PETS ALLOWED.


The Connecticut Turnpike (1-95) from New York:
 

  • Take exit 32 (West Broad Street).

  • Take Route 8 south to exit 14 (Route 110).
  • At bottom of ramp, take left onto Howe Avenue and go under bridge.
  • Take Route 110.
  • Follow Route 110 for several miles.
  • You will go past Sikorsky Aircraft.
  • Take a left onto East Main Street (still Route 110).
  • At second light take a right onto Patterson Avenue.
  • Follow to stop sign.
  • The field is straight ahead on left.
  • NO PETS ALLOWED.

Traveling North on I-95

Get off at exit 27-A.
Stay to the right and pick up RT 8 Connector.
Follow and stay to the right when the road forks.
Get off the first exit (Stratford Nichols Ave. Exit) and turn left at end of ramp.
Take a right onto RT 108 (you will pass CVS at the light).
Go straight for 1 mile to 2nd light - take a right onto Second Hill Lane.
School is directly on the left.

Traveling South on I-95

Get off on Merritt Parkway Connector - Exit 38
Exit connector on the left onto Merritt Parkway South
(**) Go over bridge (Sikorsky on right).
Get off at RT 8/RT 108 Bridgeport/Stratford - Exit 52.
Bear left - follow Stratford signs - RT 108 South.
Go 2/10 of a mile to exit - bear right RT 108 Stratford.
At end of ramp at light turn left.
Go straight for 1 mile to 2nd light - take a right onto Second Hill Lane.
School is directly on the left.
NOTE: Police enforce No Parking zones!
 
Merritt Parkway RT 15 from NY
 
Get off at Stratford exit 51 - RT 108 Nichols Avenue.
Turn right and follow that road for 1 1/4 miles.
Go through 4 traffic lights.
At 5th light turn right onto Second Hill Lane
School is directly on the left.
NOTE: Police enforce No Parking zones!

Follow directions from (**) above.
